Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to be on file for all clients. This ensures a respected time frame for cancellations and missed appointments in my schedule, and gives me time to offer a cancelled appointment to another client. Credit card information is stored safely and securely via Square/PayPal.
As a busy wife and mom, I understand that life sometimes gets in the way. If for some reason you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give me at least 48 hours notice so that I can try and fill your appointment slot. Should you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged $25 per service missed. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of services missed.

Cancellations and no shows are recorded in our booking system. Continued cancellations will result in the removal from the schedule permanently.

The cancellation policy will be enforced with each appointment booked, and is a way for me to create a stress free schedule for all clients.
